Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is looking for an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead mechanical construction on large commercial projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will oversee MEP coordination, safety, and delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, working with PMs, subs, and design teams to meet schedule and quality goals.

The role requires strong field leadership, detailed knowledge of MEP systems, and proven success managing subcontractors on complex builds.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of construction experience, with significant MEP/mechanical work.
  • Experience as MEP Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
  • Experience coordinating MEP subcontractors on commercial projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Experience working for a mechanical or MEP subcontractor encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all MEP construction activities in the field.

  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, startup, and closeout of mechanical systems.
  • Maintain communication with the GC's project management team.

MEP Superintendent – General Contractor We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join a leading General Contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
This is a high-level opportunity for an experienced MEP Superintendent with a strong background overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) systems on large-scale commercial construction projects.
Candidates currently working for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or other MEP subcontractors are strongly encouraged to apply. If you are currently a Mechanical Superintendent, MEP Superintendent, Mechanical Project Manager, or MEP Field Supervisor looking to transition to a General Contractor, this could be an excellent opportunity.
The Role As the MEP Superintendent, you will take ownership of all mechanical and MEP construction activities on assigned projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, design teams, and owners to ensure mechanical systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of construction experience, with significant MEP/mechanical experience
  • Previous experience as an MEP Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or similar MEP leadership role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
  • Experience managing MEP subcontractors on commercial construction projects
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, coordination, sequencing, and commissioning
  • Excellent field leadership and communication skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Experience working for a mechanical or MEP subcontractor is absolutely encouraged
