Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience on $50M+ healthcare, commercial, laboratory, higher education, aviation, or mission critical construction projects.
• MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) experience strongly desired.
• Advanced knowledge of MEP construction principles/practices.
• Experience dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors.
• Experience leading successful project teams and maintaining external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate with Project Director and Estimating in development of a Project Chart of Accounts.
• Develop detailed Project Contract status report.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
• Maintain understanding of the McCarthy/Owner contract.
• Oversee the pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and Job Cost Report.
• Analyze and forecast quarterly Total Cost Projection reports.
• Implement and monitor training of all staff personnel.
• Monitor project labor.
• Review and approve material and equipment needs.
• Assist Estimating in bidding projects.
• Implement safety, EEO and Affinity Action programs.
• Lead the project’s quality process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors and owners.
• Training and mentoring MEP team.
• Implement all Safety Programs and EEO/Affirmative Action Programs.
