• Experience working with subcontracts and subcontractors or self-perform work.
• Experience leading project teams and developing employees and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in field operations and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Oversee project controls: cost reporting, pay requests, and cost projections.
• Maintain quality assurance and ensure compliance with safety and equal opportunity programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners to reflect core values.
• Coordinate project close-out and turnover activities.
