Advanced knowledge of construction principles and practices.
Experience working with subcontracts and subcontractors or self-perform work.
Experience leading project teams and developing employees and external relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the project team in field operations and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
Oversee project controls: cost reporting, pay requests, and cost projections.
Maintain quality assurance and ensure compliance with safety and equal opportunity programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners to reflect core values.
Coordinate project close-out and turnover activities.
