Daily duties include coordinating the jobsite to ensure safe, high-quality, timely project execution and close collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience is required.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices is required.
• Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Contract and Subcontract administration.
• Construction Scheduling.
• Material & Equipment procurement and expediting.
• Coordination of mechanical, electrical and piping systems.
• Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination.
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting.
• Review of subcontractor applications for payment.
• Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ field installations.
• Change order documentation and cost reporting.
