McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking an on-site MEP Project Manager to lead the field team and drive safety, budget, and quality across the MEP scope of healthcare, commercial, and other major projects.

You will coordinate with project leadership, oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, and mentor MEP staff while upholding McCarthy’s culture and core values of integrity and teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with $50M+ healthcare, commercial, laboratory, higher education, aviation, mission critical construction.
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience is strongly desired.
• Advanced knowledge of MEP construction principles and practices is required.
• Experience leading project teams and managing subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the MEP portion of projects on site and ensure safety, financial performance, and team development.
• Coordinate with Project Director, Estimating, and Superintendent on contract status, site logistics, and cost reporting.
• Oversee pay requests, monitor labor, and review material and equipment needs.
• Mentor MEP staff and implement safety and EEO programs.
• Develop relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners aligned with McCarthy values.
