Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or eligibility to obtain licensure within one year of start date.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain primary one-to-one contact with the client.
• Understand the client's needs and goals and that of the organization.
• Draft proposals for new projects with existing clients and track proposals through award.
• Attend regular design meetings and issue meeting minutes.
• Oversight of design and construction documents and signing as Engineer of Record.
• Coordinate with discipline managers to schedule and assign personnel.
• Prepare project timelines and ensure quality control across disciplines.
• Advise Owner with on-the-spot decisions and project billing support.
• Coordinate responses to reviews and ensure changes are reflected in drawings and specs.
• Support recruitment and mentoring of staff for MEPS practice.
