Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 4+ years of electrical engineering experience including power distribution, fire alarm, and lighting design.
• Prior team management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SKM and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and coordinate electrical engineering activities for building design projects, from initial planning through design and implementation.
• Collaborate with MEP leadership to mentor and motivate a high-performing team while supporting quality, productivity, and utilization goals.
• Effectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical MEP initiatives.
• Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
