With 4-6 years in MEP coordination, you will review drawings and submittals, lead coordination meetings, and help implement safety and process improvements on site.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in MEP coordination or related field.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination of moderately complex MEP systems across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues and align objectives.
• Reviews MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Facilitates regular coordination meetings and communicates updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Supports less experienced team members in planning, designing, and integrating building services systems.
