Job summary

Multi-Family Construction Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and deliver complex MEP construction projects. You will drive planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record managing $5M–$50M+ budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams using software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Spectrum.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects.
• Experience managing budgets from $5M to $50M+.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability. Required Skills

Qualifications include:

• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum and/or other construction management software
