You will manage the MEP team, coordinate with Project Director, Estimating, and Superintendent, and oversee cost reporting and contracts. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience on $50M+ healthcare, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience leading project teams and managing subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead the MEP team on site, ensuring safety, quality and on-time project delivery.
• Develop project cost reporting, pay applications, and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate with Project Director, Estimating and Superintendent on plans.
• Oversee safety, EEO/affirmative action programs and vendor relationships.
• Mentor MEP staff and uphold McCarthy core values.
