Job summary

EKFox is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering design projects and act as design team lead when interfacing with customers. You will work closely with the design team to manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring quality results and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities span project initiation, execution, cost control, and business management, with leadership duties including staff resource planning and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or Facilities or 10+ years of AEC project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple technical projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaborative work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate projects with defined scope, budget, and storyboard.
• Lead project teams, manage scope changes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance to set up contracts, invoicing and cost controls.
• Maintain project status reporting and post-mortem reviews for lessons learned.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection per EKFox policy.
• Assign duties and monitor team performance to maximize project value.
