Job summary

Mace is seeking a Design Management professional to lead the MEP construction on complex projects, ensuring delivery to programme and client expectations.

You will champion Safety First, uphold quality standards, coordinate with clients, consultants and trade contractors, and guide the design management resources to achieve project KPIs.

This role requires knowledge of local health and safety rules, supports a diverse team, and offers flexible or hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of a technical trade (e.g. Building Services Engineering).
• Basic understanding of other technical trades to support coordination and integration across systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction of MEP services and manage site environment, safety, quality and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultants, Trade Contractors and other team leaders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep project on schedule and budget.
