Mortenson is seeking a strong MEP Project Manager to lead MEP-dominant projects or scopes on medium to large programs. The role focuses on quality, timeliness, safety, mentoring, and customer relationships through excellent service.

The position offers two levels (I and II) with base pay ranges and factors including experience and location, notably Portland, OR. Eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent field experience.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong communication and leadership for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial health of projects.
• Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections.
• Allocate project estimates into financial system and manage budgets.
