Job summary

Actalent is seeking an MEP Project Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead multi-discipline teams through all project phases from kickoff to construction administration. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing efforts while communicating with clients and consultants to meet budget and schedule targets.

The role requires 2+ years in MEP project management, a degree in engineering, and strong scheduling, budgeting, and QA/QC capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in the MEP industry.
• Proven experience coordinating commercial projects (hotels, offices, banks, schools, entertainment venues).
• Strong ability to develop and manage project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers, designers, and interns through all project phases.
• Maintain knowledge of scope, schedule, budget, and milestones for all projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, track costs and change orders.
