Barton Associates, an engineering firm, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept through construction. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 5+ years of experience managing MEP engineering or construction projects.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and client coordination.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, engineering design processes, and project delivery methods.
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously as primary liaison with clients.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop winning proposals and take active leadership in presentations.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees in engineering agreements.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocations; monitor for risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members and oversee transitions to construction.
