Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (or related field).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing MEP engineering or construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects with budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and client coordination.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, design, construction administration, and project delivery methods.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software, including MS Office and project tracking platforms.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, acting as primary liaison with clients while delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities to support strategic growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify projects, develop proposals, and lead presentations.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees; document requirements in engineering agreements.
• Oversee preparation and execution of engineering agreements; align client expectations with capabilities and schedules.
• Direct projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate responsibilities among multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocations; communicate impacts and mitigate with leadership.
• Communicate project objectives and constraints clearly to teams, consultants, and QA reviewers.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
