Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience with mechanical contractors on large commercial projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficiency in scheduling and estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with GCs and Owners.
• Attend on-site visits and preconstruction meetings.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget from start to finish.
• Mentor project engineers and field manpower.
• Coordinate with vendors for on-time material delivery and best pricing.
