Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with both GC’s and Owners.
• Review and ensure accuracy for estimating for upcoming projects.
• Meet with vendors, contractors, owners, and other sub-contractors.
• Work closely with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators, and Purchasers to ensure delivery on projects.
• Manage medium and large HVAC/Plumbing Projects, including schedule, budget, code requirements, and change-orders.
