Southland Industries, a leading MEP firm, seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to drive a high-impact, mission-critical project. The role emphasizes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with hands-on exposure in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a top-tier team to meet milestones while upholding quality and safety standards. A four-year engineering degree and 5–10 years of relevant experience are preferred, with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or related field or applicable experience.
• 5–10 years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical/electrical systems and design aspects.
• Proven ability to manage small teams.
• Strong negotiation, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets.

Responsabilités

• May manage a team or serve as a project lead.
• Generally manages smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex project.
• Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
• Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.
