Turner & Townsend in Nashville is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical coordination for a global manufacturing client. You will oversee Owner’s Representation, manage drawings, specs, and field coordination across trades to deliver complex capital projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background with MEP expertise, excellent communication, and proven ability to drive quality, safety, and schedule performance on large-scale construction

Qualificações

• Engineering background with strong MEP knowledge and experience.
• Experience with Owner’s Representation and capital projects.
• Postgraduate MEP engineering experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders across project stages.
• Support scheduler with progress updates.
• Facilitate field coordination between GC, commissioning agent, and client.
• Attend field and punch walks with architects and MEP team.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and report issues.
