Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to work with a global manufacturing client. The candidate should have an engineering background with strong Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP knowledge and experience in Owner’s Representation.

The role involves delivering construction and capital projects across sectors such as data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources, with responsibility for coordination across multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure coordination across project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Strong client relationship management skills to maintain positive relations with leadership.
• Proven post-graduate Mechanical/MEP engineering experience, including design and site work.
• Bachelor or postgraduate degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
• Project Management (or PMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicable engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all project stages.
• Support scheduler with progress updates.
• Coordinate field activities between General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client.
• Conduct field walks with contractors and trades; attend field and punch walks with architects and MEP team.
• Assist in project close-out documentation and QA/QC reviews.
• Review engineering quality and ensure contract compliance prior to construction.
