Job summary

Enhanced Staffing, Inc. seeks a Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of large commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects. This senior role focuses on strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and team development from preconstruction through project closeout.

The ideal candidate will mentor Project Managers and Engineers, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth initiatives while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience, preferably in mechanical contracting.
• Experience leading multiple Project Managers and large project portfolios.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and contract administration skills.
• Experience with forecasting, labor productivity, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Review contracts, manage project risk, and oversee change management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations.
• Drive operational improvements, standardize best practices, and improve project execution.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and division growth initiatives.
