Job summary

Batson-Cook is seeking an MEP Manager in Atlanta, GA to join our team. You will coordinate MEP trades, develop BIM models, and support preconstruction and commissioning activities; travel is required.

The role emphasizes building relationships with key subcontractors, reviewing MEP submittals, and coordinating with project management to ensure quality, schedule milestones, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 5 to 10 years of qualifying experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP trades to develop BIM models.
• Assist in MEP trades coordination for commissioning near-complete projects.
• Review MEP subcontractor pay requests and submittal data.
• Support preconstruction with scope review, bid day prep, and budgets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with MEP subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct MEP project inspections to ensure quality and schedule milestones.
