Job summary

Batson-Cook is seeking an experienced MEP Manager in Atlanta, GA to coordinate MEP trades, BIM modeling, and preconstruction activities on major commercial projects.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with key MEP subcontractors, performing project inspections for quality and schedule, and supporting VDC and bid processes. A bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–10 years of qualifying experience in MEP management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP trades to develop BIM models.
• Coordinate MEP trades to support commissioning of near-complete projects.
• Review MEP subcontractor pay requests and proposed change orders.
• Assist in preconstruction processes, including scope review and budgeting.
• Perform MEP project inspections for quality, schedule, and compliance.
• Develop relationships with key MEP subcontractors and vendors.
• Support VDC efforts and bid analysis as needed.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure timely MEP execution.
