Job summary

Hi-Tech Supports & Hangers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify new customers and opportunities in the MEP, HVAC and related industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include visiting consultants and contractors, coordinating with design and estimation teams, maintaining the sales pipeline, and achieving targets through proactive follow-up and relationship building. Regular field travel and strong communication are required to ensure timely follow-up, accurate BOQs and

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• At least 13 years of experience in technical, project, industrial or B2B sales.
• Exposure to MEP, HVAC, construction products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities in the territory.
• Visit consultants, PMC, EPC contractors to generate opportunities.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation and Projects for drawings, BOQs, and technical support.
• Maintain sales pipeline and follow-up records.
• Achieve sales and activity targets.
• Support payment/order coordination after order finalization.
