Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced MEP Estimator to prepare detailed estimates for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and LV systems from design through construction documents. You will develop take-offs, liaise with vendors, and support bid and preconstruction activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of MEP estimating experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with design teams and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related MEP estimating experience.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and LV systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for MEP trades from design documents through construction completion.
• Develop take-offs, analyses, estimates, and studies for MEP systems.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and trade partners.
• Participate in bid/proposal development and preconstruction hand-off to operations.
