• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of building construction experience.
• Ability to generate qualitative and quantitative analysis of MEP estimating documents.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Ability to develop client relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP estimation during preconstruction and allocate resources.
• Oversee GC/GR MEP estimates and ensure accuracy.
• Develop relationships with clients and design partners to grow business.
• Participate in hiring and deliver performance feedback for direct reports.
• Lead Constructability Reviews and value engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations on schedules and milestones.
• Prepare proposals and support sales presentations.
