Responsibilities

Lead the MEP portion of estimates, ensuring all scopes are coordinated and complete.
Review and interpret narratives, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment between pricing and scope of work.
Develop conceptual estimates based on limited information throughout project design phases.
Contribute to the development and review of design alternatives, cost options, and value engineering.
Create and manage MEP pricing bid strategies, breakouts, and work packages.
Present and explain MEP pricing and costs to clients and engineers.
Assist project teams in evaluating proposals and developing scopes of work for subcontracts.
Coordinate with marketing personnel on technical aspects of proposals.
