Job summary

Lumicity in Melbourne, FL seeks an experienced MEP Estimator to drive cost evaluation for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will develop detailed estimates, review drawings, and coordinate with preconstruction and design teams to support bids from conception through design-build.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of MEP estimating, strong Excel skills, and experience with large GC or MEP subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MEP estimating or relevant preconstruction experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical estimating background.
• Experience with a General Contractor or large-scale MEP subcontractor.
• Proven experience supporting large commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Experience with projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Design-build experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and relevant estimating software.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
