Job summary

KE Gutridge LLC in central Ohio is seeking a Division Manager for the Mechanical Division to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of MEPF systems on construction projects.

You will lead project managers, coordinators, superintendents, foremen, and field personnel, ensure quality and safety, manage budgets, and coordinate with executives and clients to meet timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in MEP engineering or construction, including 3–5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction practices, applicable codes, and industry standards.
• Proven experience overseeing large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of MEP systems and project operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive project and division performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification.
• LEED accreditation (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
• Relevant industry certifications related to MEP systems, construction, or building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of MEPF systems in construction projects.
• Manage a team of project managers, coordinators, superintendents, foremen and field personnel.
• Ensure division operates within company processes and achieves quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management, clients, Project Managers, other divisions, and external stakeholders.
• Drive performance excellence and align work with timelines, budgets, specs, and customer expectations.
