Holder Construction Group is seeking an MEP Coordinator for our Shippingport, PA project. This full-time, in-person role focuses on leading mechanical and electrical construction activities within mission-critical facilities.

You will supervise trade contractors, coordinate schedules and budgets, and ensure documentation from pre-construction to close-out is accurate and timely. This position requires strong leadership and experience managing complex MEP systems.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large mechanical and electrical systems.
• Extensive experience managing data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities and related projects.
• Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out.

About The Role

We are looking for a MEP Coordinator to join our MEP team on our project in Shippingport, PA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities and related projects.
• Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• Extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
