Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a seasoned MEP Coordinator to join our in-person team on a Shippingport, PA project. This full-time role supports mission-critical facilities with mechanical and electrical systems.

You will oversee construction activities, supervise trade contractors, and coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and close-out documentation from pre-construction through project completion. We offer competitive compensation and a pathway to advance within a nationally recognized

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• Extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.

About the Role

We are looking for a MEP Coordinator to join our MEP team on our project in Shippingport, PA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities and related projects.
• Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out.

Qualifications

Required:
