CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking anexperienced MEP Coordination Program Manager to support new constructionand special programs across North America. This remote role partners closelywith Design & Construction, General Contractors, OEMs, and site teams to ensureseamless integration of the EBMS systems by Coordination with Mechanical,Electrical, Plumbing, IT and other BMS related systems . EBMSMEP Program Manager Coordinator shall coordinate on the Inspection & TestPlans (ITP) for MEP (including commissioning), BMS & Fire with sitespecific construction teams including but not limited to: 1) Owner’sConstruction Quality Control Plan (CQCP) Team, 2) GC’s MEP Coordinator, 3)Owner’s Construction Manager, 4) OEM Factory Representatives, 5) MEPSubcontractors.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the MEP Coordinator Program Manager position is $105,000 annually or [ $50.48 per hour], and the maximum salary for the MEP Coordinator Program Manager position is $110,000 annually or [$52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
