Job summary

Jobtailor in Carrollton, TX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from kickoff to closeout. You will manage project documentation, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor oversight to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

You will obtain permits, prepare subcontracts, and coordinate with field supervisors to align resources with project needs, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• PM certifications (PMP/CCM) are a plus.
• Experience in design/build and construction management preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project documentation and budgets.
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings to gather information.
• Prepare budgets, cost codes, and value schedules for owner billing.
• Obtain construction permits and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules with field supervision and procurement.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders and negotiate terms.
• Manage safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and project invoicing.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and resource planning.
• Ensure client satisfaction while balancing scope, time, and cost.
