Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. You will coordinate permits, develop and maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include preparing subcontracts and purchase orders, negotiating terms, and overseeing field teams. Strong leadership and budget management skills are essential, with collaboration across HR and operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP or CCM certification preferred.
• Experience with design/build projects and managing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project documentation and budgets.
• Lead hand-off meetings and ensure information is gathered before construction.
• Manage project schedule with field supervisors.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding and staffing.
