You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction for projects ranging from $250K to $1M, while supporting senior PMs on larger regional programs.

The role requires developing charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures, frequent site visits, and delivering formal closeout packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in project management, construction management, or owner's representation.
• Proven track record independently managing projects from initiation through closeout.
• Strong financial acumen including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to clients and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-scale projects ($250K–$1M) independently from initiation through closeout.
• Develop charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures; manage critical path; conduct site visits.
• Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors; negotiate contracts.
• Chair project meetings and manage change orders with stakeholder communication and approvals.
• Develop and manage project budgets; process PO's and invoices; prepare monthly reports and forecasts.
• Serve as primary client contact; build relationships and provide solutions while upholding standards.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Own defined phases or work packages; participate in design reviews and constructability assessments.
• Participate in coaching sessions with senior PMs to learn and grow.
