M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Project Leader for MEP Construction in Suwanee, GA.

The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, and leading multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. Candidates should have a strong track record in complex projects, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and clients, managing procurement and resources, and delivering projects

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics with 7+ years experience or 5+ years with a MS degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Team Coordination and Leadership: Oversee teams of contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and staff; promote collaboration.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Conduct inspections; ensure building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; address issues promptly.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as main contact for clients and stakeholders; provide updates.
• Procurement and Resource Management: Oversee procurement of materials and equipment; ensure timely delivery.
• Problem-Solving: Handle site issues or material delays; adapt plans to maintain progress.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce on-site safety protocols.
