Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Team Coordination and Leadership: Oversee teams of contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other staff.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Procurement and Resource Management: Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
