B&E Resources, LLC is seeking an MEP Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination, and field execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on industrial projects in Texas. You will report to the Operations Director and coordinate with project management, engineering, subcontractors, and field supervision.

Competenze

• Significant construction experience involving MEP or multidisciplinary industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; significant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with drawings, specifications, scheduling, and field coordination.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors on complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Provides construction leadership for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems on assigned projects.
• Coordinates MEP activities with other disciplines and project teams.
• Reviews drawings, scopes of work, and schedules to understand MEP requirements.
