Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an MEP Construction Assistant in Cedar Rapids, IA to assist project managers with a variety of tasks, including organizing project documentation, preparing meeting and pricing packages, and distributing information to subs and project team members.

You will help compile operation and maintenance manuals, communicate daily with project management staff, subcontractors, vendors and clients, and ensure timely, high-quality documentation delivered in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Experience with word, excel and other Microsoft based software.
• Self-motivated and proactive – takes initiative and seeks responsibility.

Responsibilities
