Job summary

HITT Contracting seeks a Construction Assistant to support project managers by organizing documentation, preparing meeting and pricing packages, and distributing information to subs and project teams.

The role requires daily communication with project management staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear, concise, and professional documentation aligned with the audience and our standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.
• Experience with a professional organization with a proven track record of accountability, professionalism, and organization skills is preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive – takes initiative and seeks responsibility.
• Experience with word, excel and other Microsoft based software.
• Integrity - behaves consistently with the HITT Way in all matters.

Responsibilities
