Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Corporate Building and Maintenance Engineer to manage MEP systems, structural components, and life-safety systems across corporate properties. You will optimize building performance, coordinate contractors, and support capital improvements while maintaining Class A standards.

The role focuses on diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, and BAS monitoring to ensure reliability and safe operations across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in corporate building maintenance or engineering.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with BAS systems and complex HVAC operations.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate, diagnose, and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related controls.
• Inspect and maintain electrical distribution equipment including switchgear, panels, breakers, ATS systems, and generators.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring system reliability.
• Maintain BAS functionality through trend review, setpoint optimization, and alarm response.
• Coordinate contractors for specialized maintenance and capital projects.
• Assist in budget planning and recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions.
