Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a skilled Corporate Building and Maintenance Engineer to manage the technical operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems across corporate properties. You will supervise BAS monitoring, diagnose issues, and ensure Class A building standards while coordinating contractor activities and asset planning.

The role requires strong technical expertise, ability to prioritize high-impact repairs, and collaboration with facilities teams to support capital

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate building maintenance or engineering.
• Experience with BAS systems and complex HVAC operations.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate, diagnose, and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related controls.
• Inspect electrical distribution equipment including switchgear, panels, breakers, ATS systems, and generators.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain BAS functionality through trend review, setpoint optimization, and alarm response.
• Coordinate contractors for specialized maintenance and capital projects.
• Assist in budget planning and recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and warranty records.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Technical training in building systems or engineering technology
