Coast 2 Coast is seeking a BIM/MEP drafter to produce detailed Revit models and drawings for nationwide renovation and construction projects. You will work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, collaborating with architects, engineers, and field teams to convert laser scans into precise 2D/3D deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit for MEP drafting or coordination.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design principles.
• Ability to interpret field data (laser scans, as-builts) into detailed Revit models.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed MEP models and drawings on site and at your home office in Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and field technicians to document existing conditions and translate laser scan data into accurate 2D and 3D deliverables.
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and constructability reviews across MEP systems.
