Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an MEP Assistant Superintendent to develop skills in technical MEP construction and management.

The role works closely with the project MEP Superintendent to conduct field inspections, coordinate vendors, support startup and commissioning, and help manage documentation and meetings throughout the project. The ideal candidate has a background in construction with strong communication and leadership abilities, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in construction, engineering or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards on site and follow HITT procedures.
• Assist in documenting meetings and record minutes.
• Coordinate with project team to track schedules and progress.
• Review mechanical and electrical submittals and coordinate deliveries.
• Support commissioning and startup activities for MEP systems.
• Assist in project closeout and quality control tasks.
