Job summary

The Team Member will be an expert on menu items, manage line stock, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of menu items and ability to prepare them accurately.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in food service.
• Ability to keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the menu and build items to specifications.
• Mark customer customizations using current procedures.
• Communicate between line, front counter, and drive-thru.
• Assist expediter and provide good service during handoffs.
• Keep workstation clean and ensure safety and quality standards.
