Job summary

Willow Valley Communities is seeking Part-Time Menu Dining Servers for its Lakes Campus or Manor Campus in Pennsylvania. You will deliver friendly service, guide Residents through menus, and handle orders with care. Training is provided if you have no prior experience.

Join a welcoming team, enjoy weekly pay, PTO, and resort-style amenities as part of a supportive culture. Flexible part-time schedules include 2–3 days per week, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, and every-other weekend with holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room
• Guide Residents through menu selections, daily specials, and dietary needs
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system
• Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care
• Observe and respond to Resident needs throughout the dining experience
• Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting
• Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work as needed
• Help with room service trays, special events, and banquets
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas

What You’ll Do

As a Menu Dining Server, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences and enhancing the daily lives of our Residents.

Available Schedules

We offer a variety of part-time schedule options. Specific days and hours vary by position and location.

• 2-3 days per week
• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Every-Other Weekend
• Plus Every-Other Holiday Rotation
