Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Fine Dining Server for Local Table at The Clubhouse. This part-time role (10-15 hours per week) offers an upscale dining experience, greeting Residents and guests, presenting menus, and taking orders with accuracy.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Providing attentive, professional, and courteous service to Residents and guests
• Greeting and escorting diners to their tables
• Presenting menus, daily specials, and making knowledgeable recommendations
• Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the POS system
• Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally
• Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized hospitality throughout the dining experience
• Assembling and serving food and beverage orders according to restaurant standards
• Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a polished dining environment
• Assisting with special events, banquets, and catered functions
• Maintaining clean, organized dining, pantry, and service areas
• Restocking supplies, condiments, and beverage stations
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• Ensuring responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policy and laws
• Supporting fellow team members to deliver seamless service
• Completing side work, cleaning assignments, and other duties as needed

What You'll Do

As a Fine Dining Server, you'll help create an exceptional restaurant experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Your responsibilities include:

Providing attentive, professional, and courteous service to Residents and guests
