Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Assistant Executive Menu Developer to support menu development, nutritional data accuracy, and regulatory compliance across HPSI menu services in Irvine, CA.

You will collaborate with the Menu Office team, Dietitians, and suppliers to ensure timely menu updates, training, and client-focused menu solutions that meet federal and state requirements and client deadlines.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) with active CDR credential is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of skilled nursing experience.
• 2-3 years of menu-planning experience in healthcare settings.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations governing healthcare nutrition.
• Experience with menu-development software; Menu2u experience is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Menu Office team to ensure timely menu development and client services.
• Support dietitians in reviewing nutritional values and regulatory changes.
• Assist with recipe development, CCPs, and nutritional accuracy.
• Ensure order guides and food formularies align with menus and vendor feeds.
• Train staff on HPSI menu software and support client communications.
• Maintain accurate HPSI menu data and compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to development of master baseline, regional, and corporation menus.
