Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Assistant Executive Menu Developer to support the Lead Executive Menu Developer and National Menu Director in developing and overseeing HPSI menus and related services. You will work with the Menu Office, healthcare clients, and vendors to ensure compliant, accurate menus and data.

The role requires an RD with active CDR, substantial nursing and menu-planning experience, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

Registered Dietitian required with active CDR credential.
Minimum of 3 years of skilled nursing experience.
2-3 years of menu-planning experience in long-term care or healthcare markets.
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations governing nutritional and menu requirements for healthcare facilities.
Experience with healthcare nutrition services management and CMS survey processes preferred.
Menu development software experience; Menu2u preferred but not required.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently while working in a team.
Strong written and verbal communication, training, client-service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel for business activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Menu Office team to ensure client services run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Assist Registered Dietitians in reviewing nutritional values for regular and therapeutic diets.
Support recipe development and nutritional accuracy with Recipe Database Manager.
Ensure order guides and formularies align with menus for chain customers.
Train Menu Office staff on HPSI menu software and assist clients via multiple channels.
Maintain data integrity and compliance with Federal and State requirements.
Assist with planning and development of master baseline, regional, and corporation menus.
Support revisions to policy manuals and participate in conferences as needed.
Collaborate with clients and vendors to manage menu data and product information.
